- ZHN Assistant chatbot: When you use our chatbot, only the content of the conversation is logged anonymously. We do not collect your name or contact details through the chatbot unless you choose to share them yourself.
- Google Maps: Our website uses a Google Maps embed which may collect usage data according to Google's own privacy policy.
How we use your data
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide our nursing services. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to any third parties.
Data storage
Contact form submissions and anonymous chat logs are stored securely and are only accessible to Zanzibar Home Nursing Care staff.
