What it is

Oncology care is nursing support for patients living with cancer, during treatment, after treatment, or in advanced stages of the disease. The type of care needed can vary depending on the patient's condition, treatment plan, symptoms and level of independence. It may include temporary or ongoing support focused on safety, comfort, dignity and continuity of care at home.

Who it's for

Cancer patients at any stage of treatment or palliative care who wish to remain at home surrounded by their loved ones, with professional nursing support.
